What is the return/refund policy?
Our goal is for every client to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final and no returns are accepted upon receipt of delivery. If any issues or concerns arise, please feel free to reach out so we can do our best to remedy the matter.
Due to the custom and creative nature of branding, concept development, graphic design, logo design, iconography, and consulting services, all payments made for creative services are non-refundable.
Clients are paying for design time, research, creative development, consultation revisions, and project work performed throughout the design process. Because these services require signifcant time and creative labor, refunds will not be issued for completed work, work in progress, concept development, or designs that are not selected by the client.
Every effort will be made to collaborate with the client and refine the project direction through feedback and revisions within the scope of the agreed-upon project. However, differences in personal preference, changes in vision, loss of interest in the project or dissatisfaction with a particular design direction do not constitute grounds for a refund.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
What is the invoice policy?
Invoice Payment Terms:
All invoices emailed to prospective clients must be paid by 11:59 PM of the business day the invoice is received. The invoice will expire after this time. If we do not receive payment or communication within 48 hours of sending your invoice, your order will not be placed. A reissued invoice may be subject to updated pricing. We understand that delays and inconveniences happen, but this protects both our time and your time as a client. Thank you for your cooperation.
When will I get my order?
As of June 10th, 2026 - The processing and shipping timeline has been adjusted and updated from 4-6 weeks to 6-8 weeks due to a high volume of orders. Rush shipping is available and does incur an added fee. Thank you for your understanding and patience in advance!
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Shipping drop offs are made twice a week with the exception of rush orders. The current processing and shipping timeline is estimated to be 4-6 weeks from the date your order is placed. Once your order is preparing to be shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. UPS Ground is our standard method of shipping and shipping cost varies depending on your location from Delaware, USA. Please note that weekends, holidays and inclement weather may impact shipping dates.

Do you take orders for custom digital downloads?
Please email me if there is a digital download you'd be interested in purchasing. I do not currently take custom digital download orders by payment, but a design may be made and posted depending on availability.
