There is NO exception to this policy unless explicitly discussed with me about a Rush Order OR your order has been placed BEFORE a cut-off deadline (ie. PLEASE READ! If a Jerzees Sweatshirt is UNAVAILABLE or OUT OF STOCK, I will use an alternative sweatshirt brand. My alternatives are Hanes and Gildan. I will choose the same color or 'dupe' if your sweatshirt color and size is out of stock. If it's a significant difference, I will contact you about an alternative.
